Mia is a Chartered Engineer and has a portfolio of ten UK and international patents. She has extensive experience of both product development and project management across a range of high integrity, high technology products, including analogue and digital electronic hardware and software.
Mia's experience includes six years as a Technology Consultant with PA Consulting at their Cambridge Laboratory and a period as General Manager of the East Anglian Passenger Transport Information Service (EAPTIS). Having retired from a senior role in UK Government information security in 2014, she is co-founder of Community Sparx and is also heavily involved in a range of community projects.
As technical lead at Community Sparx, Robert coordinates the development of the Via suite of applications, and furthers our use of state of the art technology to promote community engagement.
Robert has years of experience in start ups and commercial ventures. As Head of Product Development for techspert.io, an AI company in Cambridge, Robert brings his hands on experience with developing cutting edge technology to expanding Community Sparx's tech in new and innovative ways.
